PARTNERSHIP TO ADVANCE ASSISTED OUTPATIENT TREATMENT

SMI Adviser and Treatment Advocacy Center (TAC) are partners in facilitating the national expansion of assisted outpatient treatment (AOT). TAC is dedicated to research on barriers to treatment and solutions that improve access to care for those with serious mental illness.

Online Learning Curriculum

We welcome you to the first and only online resource for those seeking practical guidance on establishing and maintaining successful AOT programs in their own communities. This 8-part module series addresses AOT implementation from a multidisciplinary perspective. The curriculum is presented in two courses. After completing the series, participants can request technical assistance to enhance their understanding of the material.
